WEDO is an international organization registered and headquartered in New York. Our goal has been to transition into a multi-locational organization with a continued presence in New York and a stronger presence in the South. In 2009, we took a big step in this direction: with an Executive Director based in Suriname, South America, and our first out-posted climate change staff in Togo, West Africa, WEDO is officially on multiple continents!
Staff, Board and partners will contribute to an on-going process of reorganization as we move towards a broader presence in developing countries. We will update you as this process evolves and always welcome your ideas and feedback.
