GEAR Language Adopted by Consensus at CSW
New York, March 16–Both last year and this year at the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), the Gender Equality Architecture Reform (GEAR) Campaign actively lobbied governments to include specific language on GEAR in the Agreed Conclusions, the outcome document of the CSW. Our efforts paid off, with the inclusion of strong language on the new women’s entity adopted by consensus by Member States at the CSW! Read the paragraphs here.
